Man seems I fucked up. HELP!! Ok so I talked to the daughter, talked to the father at castle mourne, and then later talked to him again at the campfire where he found the daughter dead. Talked to him there but didn't realize I was supposed to kill him to get the item. So I left the area without doing so...watched this video again and realized I gotta kill him but now the father is no longer near the bridge of sacrifice, nor has he returned to the castle. Is there anywhere/anyway else to find this guy?? And is this item really that important to me?? I don't really care about getting all trophies or anything. Anyways hopefully someone will comment here with some advice and tips or to at least tell me I'm fucked cause for now I'm going back to Stormveil castle to finish up.

These walkthroughs is helping me a lot. Do have to say that this boss though glitched on me. I got lucky and he didn't go into his second phase till I defeated him. After which the floor gave way and the boss was already dead.

So if you use the purple umbrella and divine confetti, and activate the special attack right after you use the umbrella, it will take the divine confetti buff off your sword. I went in thinking I had all I needed to give an easy beat down to Headless and then all of a sudden my sword wasn't purple anymore and yea he killed me.

Is rune level 276 too much? Or should I not worry and just go with it. Don’t really have the time to make a new character now

Yeah I ended up using my 2nd character because i already beat the main game and its still on journey 1. my main character was on journey 2 at the very start so I really didn't wanna play through the entire game again.
